Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password credentials handled through our authentication provider, debt details, income details, spending categories, assets, credit score inputs, check-ins, scenarios, household invite emails, AI coach conversations, support messages, and account preferences.

We also collect technical and operational information such as session cookies, authentication state, device and browser information, request logs, IP-derived security information, payment status identifiers, and service diagnostics.

We use information to create and secure accounts, run debt forecasts, save plans, provide check-ins and reminders, generate AI coach responses, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, support household sharing, maintain the service, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you use AI features, Nulvify may send relevant account context and chat messages to an AI provider so the feature can generate a response. This may include debt names, balances, interest rates, income details, spending details, check-in data, and messages you submit.

AI output may be inaccurate. Do not include information in AI chat that you do not want processed for the purpose of generating a response.

We use service providers to operate Nulvify. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and billing, Resend for email delivery, Google/Gemini for AI features, and Vercel for hosting and deployment.

These providers process information for us or as independent providers under their own terms and privacy practices. We only share information needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Nulvify uses cookies and browser storage for essential functions such as authentication, session handling, referral/device checks, local fallback data, and app preferences. We do not currently use these technologies to sell personal information.

If analytics, advertising, or additional tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.

We may send transactional emails such as account verification, welcome messages, household invitations, reminders, weekly digests, billing-related messages, and support responses. Some reminder or digest settings can be changed in your account settings where available.

If you invite someone to a household plan or accept a household invite, shared plan information may be visible to household participants. This can include financial details, forecasts, check-ins, and plan progress.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain business records.

You can request account deletion through the product where available. Deleting an account is intended to remove your account and associated app data, subject to limited retention required for legal, billing, security, backup, or operational reasons.

Depending on where you live, including in parts of the United States or Canada, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nulvify is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
